I do my best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Holidays. I use USPS, Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. USPS delivers anywhere in the U.S., including PO boxes and rural addresses. On occasion I will us USPS First Class Mail. You'll receive an email notification and confirmation when your item is shipped.
USPS Priority mail is 2 to 3 days from time of shipping. Normally you can expect delivery of your package within one week or sooner from the day you order. USPS First Class mail is about 2 to 4 days depending on location.
International orders are based on destination and weight. Please contact me PRIOR to ordering so I may determine shipping costs and prepare an invoice prior to your purchase. Email me your full name and shipping address along with your email address so I can calculate the shipping costs then contact you with the international shipping fees.
SHIPPING OR DELIVERY DAMAGE
What if your shipment is damaged upon delivery? We're extremely careful in the packaging of your purchase and damages rarely occur. Should this happen, don't worry. Contact us immediately and tell us the situation. We'll deal with it and guide you through the process of getting the problem resolved.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
REFUNDS OR RETURNS
I stands behind each piece I make and your satisfaction is essential to my business and especially to me personally.
If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, simply email me within 3 days of receipt of your item. Include your name, order number, and expected return date.
Item to be returned in its new, original condition, and packaging. I strongly suggest you return the item with an insured courier/carrier. I cannot or will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. It sounds harsh but I won't be held responsible for other peoples actions or the lack thereof; would you?
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. The refund will be for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return credits will be applied to the original credit card account used. Credits may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card company.
Custom and wholesale orders cannot be returned.
If you would like to exchange one item of equal value for another, please contact me first so I may hold the item youâre requesting in exchange. Follow the Refund and Return Policy for instruction on returning your item.
